We always recommend to make a reservation to be guaranteed a place. Book online, at 0243-25 10 40 or borlange@prisonisland.se
We recommend 2 or 3 hours. If you play for 2 hours you’ll have time to play all the cells.
We recommend Prison Island from 8 years old. Some children perceive that some cells are scary due to the lighting and sound.
It’s up to you as a parent to decide. However, keep in mind that children under the age of eight must always be accompanied by a paying adult. Maximum one children under eight years per paying adult in the cells.
Changes in the booking can be made up to 24 hours before the activity. Cancellation can be made up to 48 hours before the activity. Later cancellation will be charged at a cost of 50% of the booking value.
Cancellation for groups of 15 persons or more can be done one week in advance. Otherwise at a cost of 50% of the booking value.
For conference & teambuilding, changes in the booking can be made 48 hours in advance, and canceled 5 days before the scheduled date. Later cancellation will be charged at a cost of 50% of the booking value.
Yes, we sell gift cards. You choose the sum and the gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Clothing & safebox
Yes we have safe boxes. Either you bring your own lock or rent it at the reception.
Tips & rules
You are allowed to photograph in the cells, but please remember that you must have permission from everyone who is included in the pictures.
No you can always compete against other teams that have been here during the day.
No parking included. You are able to park at the different parking lots around the city.
Food & drinks
Unfortunately you are not allowed to eat your own lunch bag in our café, but you can rent a room from SEK 300/h where you can eat your own food.
Yes, we have a cafe where you can buy soft drinks, candy, pan pizza and buns.
